Chinese Medicine has been practiced for thousands of years, but only in the last few decades has it appeared in the west.
The three treasures are Jing, Qi, and Shen. Jing is that substance that helps us develop, age gracefully (or not), and reproduce. Qi is our life force energy. Shen is our spirit, our outlook on life.
It is said that our birthright is to be healthy, happy, and whole. By connecting with our spirit we maintain our innocence, find joy in serving others, and regain that birthright. The keys to that connection are already built inside of us: the 3 treasures. With the goal of finding joy by connecting to our spirit, we are given a very important task of maintaining these 3 treasures.
